Our Services

  • 01.

    Assess Client's Needs

Begin with student, family, and community input to identify needs, strengths, and priorities. Review district/state standards (Arkansas ELA, Math, Social Studies, Science) to ensure alignment. Examine gaps in existing school-day instruction where enrichment and support are most needed.

  • 02.

    Research & Evidence Review

Use national clearinghouses (e.g., Evidence for ESSA, What Works Clearinghouse, Blueprints, CASEL, EdReports) to identify proven strategies and interventions. Draw from peer-reviewed research and best practices in culturally relevant pedagogy, project-based learning, and social-emotional learning.

  • 03.

    Design & Customization

Customize/adapt our current program offerings and/or develop hands-on labs and activities (e.g., business, theatre, STEM, wellness, trades) that apply evidence-based practices in creative, engaging ways. Adapt lessons to be age-appropriate (K–5 vs. middle/high school) and community-centered (integrating local history, culture, and voices). Ensure that activities are standards-aligned, measurable, and flexible for different learning styles.

  • 04.

    Implementation Planning

Create pacing guides, sample schedules, and teacher training modules. Build in evaluation tools (e.g., student work samples, focus groups, surveys, observation notes). Provide professional development so facilitators understand both the content and the teaching methods.

  • 05.

    Pilot & Feedback

Test lessons in classrooms or after-school labs . Gather feedback from teachers, students, and families through student diaries/journals, weekly updates, and focus groups. Adjust activities for clarity, engagement, and accessibility.

  • 06.

    Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

Track outcomes (academic progress, SEL growth, engagement levels) using both qualitative and quantitative measures. Compare results against program goals and clearinghouse criteria for evidence-based practices. Update curriculum annually to reflect new research, community feedback, and policy changes.
